The Ammenster manifesto
- We know what we want, we want speed, efficency and ultra productivity.
- We want to do more than survive; we want to thrive,
- We want one click, one drag, we want as few interactions as possible,
- We want to remember as little as possible, only that place exists that I may visit one day.
- We want to learn as we need, just in time, asynchronously, and forget just as quickly.
- We want to speak when our wisdom is needed,
- We want to comprehend, feel secure and safe, and trust.
- We want automation we can understand, we want freedom.
- We want a road map familiar place, not a labyrinth with changing walls.
- We want focus, with no distractions.
- We want to be prepared. When we learn, we squirrel away our knowledge; we are the elephant in the room.
- We want to feel smart again, tell AI when it’s wrong and praise it when it’s right, and tell it to do it again.
- We want to feel in control of our destiny.
- We want to work in teams, we want community, and we want to understand shared goals.
- We want accountability.
- We want to meet promises on time, at the agreed time, with the resources and time we have.
- We want control of our data; we don’t want other people knowing our business without context.
- We want to look after ourselves first.
- We want something others can build on, we want our history preserved, and we want our children to prosper.
- We want to pivot, hide, duck, and weave; we want to see that SEP.
- We want to create, invent, improve, and we want to make the world a better place.
- We want to utilize, re-purpose, and work.
- We want the underdog to be triumphant.
- We want no human or machine left behind.
